We use this information to respond to your request, confirm service scope and pricing, schedule and perform service, maintain property service records, send seasonal reminders and improve Oakwell’s operations.
Service providers
Oakwell may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers and subcontractors involved in scheduling, communications, payments or performing the requested work. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and choices
We retain service records for legitimate business, tax, insurance and customer-service purposes. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email hello@oakwelloutdoor.com. You may also ask us to stop nonessential seasonal reminders.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We may update this notice as Oakwell’s systems and services evolve.
